Pavel bought his apartment in the old dwelling stock several years ago. He made capital repairs as the apartment was in a critical condition. Almost all walls were demolished and new ones were built, the kitchen was combined with the living room, and the toilet room was relocated. Dark wood parquet was laid on the floor, and red brickwork was bared on the remaining bearing walls. The repair took a year and a half.

The interior was created with minimum expense, as the repair was expensive. Almost all furniture was bought in Ikea. There is a kicker in the living room. The room area makes it possible to give parties.

The apartment is on the top floor, so Pavel could set a fireplace in the living room.

There are four windows in the living room. Two of them face the street, and the other two overlook the blank wall of the nearest building.
